  2. If you have a ready-made layout, upload it through the file uploader button on the product page.
  3. If you want to upload multiple files, place it on a zip folder first then upload.
  4. Need help with the design layout? Send us the details of your desired design and our creative team will process it for you for free!
  5. After which, add your order to cart, review your order, then proceed to checkout.
  6. It is highly recommended that you provide us with your Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp account to facilitate communication during the designing and printing of your orders.
  7. Most orders are delivered within this duration:  1-2 days designing + 1-5 days printing/production + 1-18 days shipping. (Larger volumes require longer time.)
  8. Upon receiving your purchase, complains (if there is any) are accommodated according to our Return and Refund Policy.
